Through the years of being in business I realized that establishing long term relationships, by providing value and service that is second to none goes a long way in constructing something special. Myself, and my team have worked alongside a handful of high-net-worth individuals to help identify and achieve their financial goals.

My goal is to understand client financial needs. Everyone has different goals and objectives, and more importantly different time horizons. I can help understand near-term concerns and plan for long-term goals. In my opinion, having a diversified portfolio is key to having a successful one.

Cesar was born and raised in New York City. He grew up playing Basketball, Football, and Soccer. Being a high-level athlete his whole life has given him an edge in an industry that is very competitive. He currently lives in midtown Manhattan. He enjoys traveling , going to Yankees, Giants, Knick games, and playing Basketball on his free time. He is a season ticket holder to St john's basketball his alma mater. He is a VP on the current AVC (alumni volunteer chapter) board of Sigma Phi Epsilon NY Rho chapter.
